The Jubilee Field is a self supporting Charity and is not funded by the Parish Council or Uttlesford District Council. All maintenance, running costs and new equipment has to be paid for from fundraising by the Trustees who are recruited from Village organisations or from the kind donations gratefully received. Although the Football, Bowls and Tennis clubs look after themselves money is needed for the insurance, grass cutting, (unlike the Village Greens which are cut under the precept monies) ,and maintenance of the Pavilion, Simon's Wood, Nature Trail, recreation field and Adventure Playground. ​

The Trustees have re-launched the Friends Scheme and are asking for a £10 donation either as a one off or as an annual amount. The Gift Aid scheme applies if you are a tax payer.  You can also raise money by using the EasyFundraising when you shop online, whereby a percentage of your purchases goes to the Jubilee Field as donation from the retailers or service providers - to access please click on the link at the bottom of the page.
